What currency am I charged?

Orders will be charged in USD.

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, MasterCard, Visa Cards

How long does shipment take?

Between 6 and 8 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from orders@vincybox.com which contains the tracking number from DHL. Please check your junk/spam folders if you haven’t received the shipping confirmation email.

Can I get a custom box?

Yes. Contact us.

What is our refund policy?

Our boxes are non-refundable and are ineligible for returns. If any of your items are received damaged or missing, please email a photo of the box and the contents to info@vincybox.com. We will replace the items. Pending availability, exact replacements cannot be guaranteed but you will receive an item of comparable value.
